April 4-8, 2011 6-8pm in the gymnasium. These tryouts are for CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY.
April 4-6 clinics
April 7 – tryouts
April 8 – meeting with new squad members and parents
All dates are mandatory
Transfer and incoming Freshmen Tryouts:
June 13 & 14 will be held at Atlantic Coast from 9:00am-11:00am (meet outside the gym)
June 15th will be held at Premier Athletics at 7111 Davis Creek Road from 9-11am
Must have these items PRIOR to tryouts:
Current sports physical (You can bring a copy of your current one as long as it is on the FHSAA form)
FHSAA Consent and Release Form
FHSAA Compliance Form

Eligibility and Requirements:
2.0 un-weighted grade point average from the 2010-11 1st semester
Jumps
Cheer
Dance
Any tumbling (optional). We will provide a mat for tumbling but NO spots…this is not a time to “attempt” your tumbling.
For those who make JV or Varsity, here are some of the costs:
Summer Camp: July 11-14 at the World Golf Village (cost will be in the range of $330)
Shoes (range $45-$75)
Camp/practice clothes (approx $30-50)
Other costs could include poms, body liners, warm-ups, etc…

StingraySports.com is a parent run website who's goal is to provide visitors with updates on news, scores, roster info and more for all Atlantic Coast High School sports. We encourage Coaches to get involved. We are always looking for both parent and student contributors as well. We are NOT an official school website, but we work with and support the Atlantic Coast Stingray Booster Club and the sports department.
